Our applications allow rich data such as photos, videos, signatures, and annotation to be captured as part of a digital form, as well as traditional text-based information. Multiple forms can exist within one application – such as a Property Inspection, a Daily Vehicle Check, and a Health & Safety report. TAAP’s applications are created in days & weeks, not months & years, and assist organisations in mobilizing their workforce, eliminating paperwork, and improving productivity & compliance. TAAP’s ToughTab Forms is accessible directly from the Windows Store and contains a range of forms to suit many business processes:

Within many of the forms, users are able to collect rich data as well as text-based information, so that supporting details such as photos, annotation, and signatures are all captured as part of one digital form. Data is then transposed into a Word document which is generated directly on the tablet, so can be emailed or saved and used as necessary. The app is also available to download for free onto any Windows device from 8.1 and later, from the Windows Store.
