TC75 Battery reporting accuracy

Conway had a device today that was down to 38% battery life.  We swapped the battery out and it still read 38%.  We tried a third battery and still it read 38%.  We went into the battery app and clicked refresh and it still read 38%.  After rebooting the device it read correctly.  The battery swap app was used prior to changing the battery.  They were running Non-GMS 11-04.
