i follow these steps but still Arabic char appearance separate

it's apppaer like this (ى و ك م) separate char
it's must be appear like this (مكوى) connected char
any suggestion for solve this problem please

Have you tried the example in Zebra Technologies - Unicode Printing using the free Swiss 721 Font for Zebra ZPL Printers? Did you get the same results as shown in the example?
If you get the same results for Arabic as shown above, then we need to look at the ZPL you used to print your label.
