I see where i can send ZPL commands to change the Printer name, but how do i incorporate the printer name in a label when that label can be printed on multiple printers? I'm looking to have the printer name add itself to my label in a certain block to print. When this label is sent across the network to multiple printers it's easy to see which label came from what machine.
I've been googling for hours now. even read alot of a 1468 page zpl manual. Is this even possible?

Apparently, the printer itself doesn't have the ability to add its own info on a label by the printer itself. The application should know which printer the label is going to be sent to. Then the application should be able to get the printer name (there are various ways to get the printer name) and add that info in the label prior to sending the label to the printer.
