We have QLN220 printers that will only print the labels in portrait but they are required in landscape. i am struggling to find out how to change the orientation of the label. please can you help me?

Hi Scott,
Are you printing using ZPL? You can rotate text on the label using the second argument of the ^A command (found on page 39 of the ZPL Progamming Guide). Barcode ZPL commands also usually have an orientation argument as well.
