Where get I JIS.DAT? I need it on a Zebra 110Xi4 (Firmware 53.17.18Z) to print QR codes containing Chinese characters UTF-8 encoded transmitted.

If this "JIS.dat" came with the printer pre-loaded and is now missing, you will have to contact Zebra Tech Support to get a copy of this file. In general, the *.DAT file could be created through Font Wizard tool in ZebraNet Bridge Enterprise - Printer Management suite for the encoding you choose.
