Hi Kevin, I'm not sure I understand your question.  We recommend using the Printer Setup Utilities | Zebra to configure Bluetooth on the printers.  Are asking how to print using Internet Explorer over Bluetooth from a MC3200? You will likely have to write an intermediary app to take the data from IE and send it over Bluetooth to the printer.  I don't know of any other way.  There might be other companies that have created and sold something to do this but I have not heard of them.
