I am printing Arabic characters on Zebra 2824 plus printers , some printers print well and others show ???? instead of Arabic characters . Is it a firm ware version problem? what versions support arabic

Hi Mohamed,
The difference should not be firmware as I believe the Plus always supported Arabic. Just in case, the earliest firmware to support it would be v61.14. The difference is probably setup. Have you verified all the printers have the font? Are they set up to use the proper character set? I'm fairly sure the original LP2824 and LP2824-Z printers did not support Arabic.
