I have a customer running 2 sites and 6 walls of Android MC18's. They have reported that two or three times over the last 6 months that one wall of cradles have decided to reset the wall ID to 65,535, the row and column ids were also all incorrect. They then have to manually reconfig the the cradles in the wall. Customer is using the Three slot HD cradle.
 
Is there any update available or planned for cradle firmware or does anyone know what may be going on here?
