I have a MC2100 with windows ce 6.0. I tried to create a .reg file as the following and place in the application folder, but it still did not enable the radio after the cold boot. Is there any solution to enable it after a cold boot?

Take a look at this post.
If this doesn't help, make sure your editor is saving the file using ANSI or UTF-8 encoding. Reg files cannot include double byte characters.
